Property Description Located at Villa Serena across from Hotel Playa Mazatlan, in the heart of the Golden Zone. It's centrally located and within walking distance to many of the popular restaurants and shops. Also, it's conveniently located one block from a public bus line, which will take you anywhere in Mazatlan, and is right around the corner from the Canadian and American Consulate. It's a great part of town! Quiet, safe and clean. Three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, air conditioning, parking, swimming pool, gardens, phone, cable, storm shutters (to control light), fully equipped and furnished with quality and comfort in mind. Impeccable condition. Full renovation and refurnished in august 2008. First floor: One bedroom a king-size bed, bathroom, kitchen, living and dinning room. Second floor: Two bedrooms with a king size bed on each one, bathroom and balcony.
